Making Taco Meat
| Portion | Ingredient | Action |

| 1 tbsp | Avocado Oil | Add to wok or similar pan over medium heat |
| 1 lb | Ground Beyond Meat (or substitute ground meat) | Crumble into wok or pan and stir until browned |
| 1 to 2 tbsp | Baja Beachin seasoning | Once meat is browned, sprinkle in seasoning and stir well |
| 1 tsp | (Optional) Tomato Paste | If desired, mix in tomato paste with meat |
| 2/3 cup | Hot Water | After stirring in seasoning, add hot water and allow to simmar/stir until evaporated |
